Monday- 7am power, 6:15pm bw sculpt, 7:30pm gentle
Tuesday- 6:15pm power, 7:45pm gentle(45 mins)
Wednesday- 7am power, 12:15pm gentle(30min), 6:15pm power, 7:30pm gentle
Thursday- 4:45pm all levels flow (45mins) 6:15 gentle, 7:30 power
Friday- 7am power, 12pm power
Saturday-9:15am power, 10:45 gentle
Sunday- 10am power, 11:30am gentle
